Charlotte found her love for nutrition after years of weight fluctuations and confusion around food all while trying to balance a tough corporate job. After working with a dietitian herself, she benefitted firsthand from the value of food counseling. Now, on the other side of the room (or screen!), she’s invoked her personal success to develop an empathic and effective approach for her clients. Her straightforward and bold style creates a trusting and no-
nonsense environment for her clients, which is complemented by her approachability and good sense of humor. Her passion is to help people feel their healthiest and best, which may mean having tough conversations that yield productive outcomes.

Charlotte completed her clinical training at Mount Sinai Hospital and is a Masters Degree candidate in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Charlotte is also the graduate advisor for the clinical nutrition program at New York University. In her past life, Charlotte worked as a marketing and event production manager in the entertainment industry.

Her work in private practice includes sustainable weight loss, sports nutrition, GI disorders, women's and men's health, and nutrition/lifestyle support for grief/loss.

She currently lives in New York City with her husband Nate. A fan of mother nature, she’s always up to do anything outdoors, from skiing to hiking to sailing.
