Rachel’s optimistic approach to nutrition will help reshape and optimize the way you’ll think about your long-term health. Born and raised in New York, she grew up in the heart of incredible food and always had her finger on the pulse of the latest and greatest health trends. Curiosity led her to untangle the web of fad diets and misinformation, and it was then when she developed a growing appetite for accurate and simplistic nutrition. A self-proclaimed nutrition enthusiast, Rachel quickly became fascinated with the powerful impact food and wellness can have on the course of one’s life. An innate understanding and personal struggle with food and body image inspired a fervent passion for helping others to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice. She decided that although life can certainly be challenging, feeling great should be easy. Rachel knew she was destined to help others feel the same and never looked back.

Rachel believes her clients are the hero of their own story; she’s the co-pilot along for the ride, providing the map. Her mission is to show her clients that a healthy lifestyle is much more attainable and simpler than they think. She loves to empower her clients throughout their journey, liberate them from past self-doubt and help guide them to their personal healthiest and happiest. The most rewarding experience is helping her clients reach that lifechanging “a-ha” moment.

Rachel earned her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University, where she also completed her dietetic internship with clinical rotations at Stamford Hospital. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Sciences from the University of Maryland College Park’s School of Public Health.

Rachel specializes in sustainable and practical weight loss, emotional eating and relationship with body image, weight management, disease prevention and management and women’s health. No matter the reason for your visit, Rachel will always highlight the importance of enjoying what you’re eating so that you’re motivated to establish healthy habits with lasting outcomes.

When she’s not with clients, you’ll find Rachel in her kitchen working as a mad scientist whipping up new recipes, scouring the aisles of Trader Joe’s, and shamelessly keeping up with the Real Housewives on Bravo.
