How did you get into nutrition?

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?

How would you describe your counseling style?

I was born and raised in New York, where the latest and greatest health trends come and go in a New York minute. Personal struggles with food and body image, along with a natural curiosity in health and wellness, led me to start trying to untangle the web of misinformation out there about nutrition. The more I learned, the more I developed an appetite (get it?) for evidence-based nutrition.

When I'm not working with clients, you’ll find me whipping up new recipes mad scientist-style, browsing the aisles of Trader Joe’s, and shamelessly keeping up with the Real Housewives on Bravo. Sorry not sorry.

I’m part educator, part cheerleader with a touch of tough love thrown in as needed. I always remind clients that they are in the driver’s seat. I love to empower people throughout their journey, liberate them from past self-doubt, and help guide them to their healthiest and happiest self.

best meal you ever had - go!

Emotional eating, weight loss and management, improving their relationship with food and body image, women's health, chronic disease prevention, and blood sugar management (prediabetes, type 2 diabetes)

I have a ferocious sweet tooth and the greatest thing I’ve ever had is the coconut cloud cake from By The Way Bakery. It’s ridiculous. Dessert that good is totally a meal.
