How did you get into nutrition?

What does your ideal day off look like?

How would you describe your counseling style?

I grew up in a Greek-American household and spent every summer in the Mediterranean. From a young age, I learned that food is not just fuel but a huge part of culture, tradition, and nourishment. Yet when I’d return to the U.S. after summer vacations, I’d feel confused by the contradictory nutrition information in the media. Healthy eating seemed so natural in Greece, but so complicated back at home. It was this disparity — along with my own personal struggles with weight, acne, GERD, and IBS — that drew me to pursue nutrition as a career.

Waking at sunrise, sipping a warm cappuccino, going for a hike or bike ride in nature, dancing to some good live music and eating delicious food with great company.

Client-centered. Whether someone needs education, a helping hand, or tough love, I'm here to support them and collaborate with them to come up with a plan that works for their individual goals and lifestyle.

Seafood linguine and a cold glass of red sangria next to the Aegean sea. Pizza off the streets of Palermo is a close second!
