MS, RDN
Paula’s grandmothers were cooks who passed on all they knew about food to Paula’s mother who then passed it to Paula. The more time Paula spent cooking, the more interested she became in food’s ability to prevent and manage disease. Paula realized she could fuse her culinary interests with her passion for health by pursuing a career in dietetics, which eventually led her to complete her Master’s in nutrition. Before joining the Culina Health team, Paula worked as a team dietitian at a personal training startup, and at God’s Love We Deliver.
Patient-centered, collaborative, and entirely judgment-free. Paula strives to create a safe space where she helps her patients make incremental and sustainable changes that will suit their personal needs and lifestyles.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys exercising, shopping, or spending time in the kitchen. She loves finding ways to tweak classic family recipes, making them even more nutrient-dense without compromising taste.
